God Loves YOU

God Loves YOU

This song has been not only on my mind but on my heart for several weeks. Can anyone really hear my heart that is crying for help? My cry is deep down, just waiting to burst out.

Satan attacks and attacks day in and day out.

But when this happens of why I feel so far away for God and from everyone else this comes to mind when I am finally starting to feel peace.

I believe in the sun even when it’s not shining
I believe in love even when I don’t feel it
And I believe in God even when He is silent
And I, ….
No dark can consume Light
No death greater than this life
We are not forgotten
Hope is found when we say
Even when He is silent

This incredible song is by a group called BarlowGirls, and it is so true. As it is stated in Deuteronomy 31:6 it says, “…never will I leave you or forsake you”.

So, if you are like me, feeling like no one can hear you, wanting to feel so close to the Lord and others, have hope because He is always there with you! Keep seeking His face, don’t ever stop. And, after a while, you will notice that everyone was there all along.

Here is a poem to show hope and encouragement.

One night I dreamed a dream.
As I was walking along the beach with my Lord.
Across the dark sky flashed scenes from my life.
For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand,
One belonging to me and one to my Lord.

After the last scene of my life flashed before me,
I looked back at the footprints in the sand.
I noticed that at many times along the path of my life,
especially at the very lowest and saddest times,
there was only one set of footprints.

This really troubled me, so I asked the Lord about it.
“Lord, you said once I decided to follow you,
You’d walk with me all the way.
But I noticed that during the saddest and most troublesome times of my life,
there was only one set of footprints.
I don’t understand why, when I needed You the most, You would leave me.”

He whispered, “My precious child, I love you and will never leave you
Never, ever, during your trials and testings.
When you saw only one set of footprints,
It was then that I carried you.”
